1. Building Access

• The entry at street level leads into the hair salon space. To reach our studio upstairs, clients must use a staircase.

• The stairs are narrow and relatively steep, and there is no elevator or lift available.

• Upon ascending, there is a landing which houses the waiting area, and the studio is located immediately on the right.

Note: Due to the staircase, the studio is not fully accessible for people who cannot manage stairs independently (e.g. wheelchair users or those with severe mobility impairments).
2. Parking & Public Transport
Parking:

• Fremantle offers a variety of on-street and off-street parking options, including along South Terrace, Ellen Street, Point Street, Marine Terrace and Beach Street.

• Please check parking signs for time restrictions and any accessible parking bays.

Bus / Public Transport:

• Multiple bus routes service South Terrace, including 532, 531, 530, 512, 549, 998, 999 and others. ]

• The South Terrace / Before Price Street bus stop is close by

• Clients may wish to use the Transperth Journey Planner for up-to-date route and timing information. 

• The Fremantle train line also runs nearby (Fremantle Station) which can connect to bus services. 

3. Entrances & Doors

• All entrance doors are manual (not automatic).

• Due to the doorway width and stair access, wheelchairs or large prams cannot be accommodated through the entrance or up the stairs.

4. Inside the Studio

• The studio flooring is even and non-slip, to minimise risk of slipping or tripping.

• Treatment beds are adjustable, allowing positioning to suit a range of mobility needs.

• At present, staff do not provide specialized communication support (e.g. for hearing or visual impairments), but we are committed to serving all clients with care and flexibility.

• We do provide written treatment instructions, and can supply larger-print versions of any information on request.

5. Restroom Facilities

• An accessible toilet is available within the studio or shared building area.

6. Additional Information & Invitation to Contact

• Service animals, such as guide dogs, are welcome in the studio.

• If you have specific mobility, communication, or accessibility needs, we encourage you to contact us in advance. We will do our very best to accommodate or arrange support.
