Cancellation Policy
To ensure the best possible results and maintain the highest standards of service, hygiene, and professionalism, all clients are required to review and adhere to the following policy. This policy applies to all treatments provided at Beauty Insiders. 1. Appointment Booking Appointments must be booked in advance and can be made online, by phone, or in person. If you are new to a treatment and wish to arrange a Patch Test & Consultation, please indicate this in the consent form. Certain services (such as refills) are available only to existing Beauty Insiders clients and must meet treatment-specific eligibility requirements. 2. Pre-Appointment Preparation Please arrive with squeaky clean, makeup-free lashes and/or brows, depending on your treatment. Avoid waterproof makeup and oil-based products for at least 48 hours prior. If residue is present, your appointment may need to be rescheduled or a cleaning fee may apply. A complimentary cleansing step is included; however, this does not replace proper preparation. 3. Late Arrivals Please notify us if you are running late. Arrivals over 15 minutes late may require rescheduling. Delay time will be deducted from your appointment and may affect results. Late arrival fees or loss of deposit may apply. 4. Cancellation & Rescheduling A minimum of 72 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations within 72 hours result in loss of deposit. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee of up to 70% of the service value. No-shows will be charged accordingly and may impact future bookings. 5. Post-Treatment Care Aftercare instructions will be provided and must be followed to ensure longevity and optimal results. Professional aftercare products are available for purchase in-studio. 6. Satisfaction Guarantee Any concerns must be reported within 48 hours of your appointment. Adjustments are offered at our discretion and only where aftercare has been followed. Changes of mind or improper aftercare are not eligible for complimentary adjustments. 7. Health & Safety Please disclose any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to treatment. Patch testing is recommended for new clients or treatments. Individual reactions and results may vary. Seek medical advice immediately if an adverse reaction occurs. 8. Photography & Media With your consent, images or videos may be taken before, during, and after treatment for record-keeping, educational, and promotional purposes.
