Cancellation Policy

Refill- Eyelash Extensions Policy To ensure the best outcome and maintain the highest standards of service for all our clients, we kindly ask you to review and adhere to our Policy. 1. Appointment Booking: Please book your refill appointments in advance to secure your preferred date and time. Note that refill appointments are made strictly for already existing Beauty Insiders clients. If you're new client or have eyelash extensions done anywhere else please book your removal and full set appointments instead. 2. Pre-Appointment Preparation: Arrive with squeaky clean, makeup-free lashes and eye area to maximise longevity of your lash extensions. If there’s any residue of makeup on the lashes, we might need to either reschedule your appointment or charge make-up cleaning fee. We provide complimentary lash bath step to our treatments, but this is to prep and remove natural sebum and air pollution. 3. Late Arrivals: We understand that sometimes delays can occur. If you expect to be late, please inform us as soon as possible. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may require rescheduling your appointment to ensure the quality of work and fairness to other clients. Delay time will be deducted from the appointment time. 4. Cancellation & Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 72 hours' notice. This allows us to offer the slot to other clients. Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 72 hours’ notice incur a loose of deposit/ booking fee. Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a late cancellation fee of 70% of the service cost. 5. Post-Treatment Care: We will provide you with aftercare instructions to ensure the longevity and health of your eyelash extensions. Proper care is crucial, so please follow the guidelines diligently. In our studio you will be able to purchase all products you need. 6. Satisfaction Guarantee: Your satisfaction is our priority. If you have any concerns about your set of lashes, please contact us within 48 hours. We are more than happy to make necessary adjustments. 7. Health and Safety: Please inform us of any allergies or sensitivities you may have during your pre-treatment consultation.
